Anthony Shakar | Director

As Director of ASQB, Anthony has owned and managed businesses within the trades and services industry for over 10 years. Anthony founded ASQB in 2013 following the introduction of the NSW strata window locks legislation. In this time, the business has evolved to leaders in property compliance and maintenance, offering a range of specialised services for the overall needs of the Strata, Real Estate and home owner space. Anthony’s detailed knowledge in risk management reporting, property legislation as well as his ability to exceed in his delivery to clients are all key to the success of his business.

Sarah Shakar | General Manager

As the General Manager of ASQB, Sarah has spent over 15 years specialising in business strategy, planning and operations management. Along with Anthony, Sarah is primarily responsible for setting company direction, ensuring growth of business is being driven and making sure the operations run smoothly. Sarah’s background in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development and Human Resources make her a key driver in the ASQB management team.

Stephen Barnes | Field Operations Manager

As Field Operations Manager, Stephen’s role draws on his 14 years’ experience managing teams across both small businesses and multi-national companies. 

Stephen is responsible for managing our field service technicians and ASQB fleet, as well as project managing specialised works. Stephen has been an integral part of ASQB’s growth via the implementation of systems and operational procedures.

Christie Barr | Strategic Account Manager

As the Strategic Account Manager, Christie is responsible for business development, managing client relationships, quoting and overseeing accounts. In the last five years at ASQB, Christie has focused on and become a specialist in the strata industry enabling her to maintain client relationships with strata managers and home owner communities alike.  

Siobhan Healy | Scheduling and Office Manager

As the Scheduling and Office Manager, Siobhan is responsible for the strategic forecasting of ASQB’s incoming jobs, assessing the resources required to fulfil them as well as managing the administration team. Siobhan works closely with service technicians to efficiently schedule jobs on time for our clients.

Siobhan’s background in Human Resource is a driving factor to her success dealing with clients and leading teams at ASQB.
